Prioritizing Hispanic Partnerships

We focus on forming deep, meaningful partnerships nationwide. These relationships are crucial to our mission of elevating Hispanic professionals within the construction industry.

By aligning, we ensure that its initiatives resonate with the communities it aims to serve. The Council provides resources and advocacy to organizations, fostering mutual growth while advancing shared goals related to workforce development, business ownership, and leadership representation.

national Collaborations

While HCC is a national Council, its strength lies in its ability to work at the grassroots level through local partnerships. The organization forms alliances with community-based organizations in key regions across the country, ensuring that its programs are accessible to Hispanic professionals and businesses where they are most needed.

Nationally, HCC builds strategic partnerships with major industry players, advocacy groups, and government agencies. These national collaborations allow us to influence larger policy discussions, secure funding opportunities, and shape industry standards that benefit Hispanic professionals.

Supporting Local Organizations

HCC implements a “train the trainer” model, equipping local organizations with the expertise they need to deliver these programs effectively within their communities.

We provide ongoing technical support, ensuring that local partners have the necessary resources to address specific challenges, tailor programs to their target partners to ensure alignment with their mission, distribute funds based on needs, participation levels, and regional challenges, provide extra resources to the audience, and achieve meaningful outcomes. Equity in funding allocation is a key principle for HCC. The Council carefully vets its partners to ensure alignment with its mission.

Unions & Trade Organizations

Partnerships with trade organizations and industry groups are central to HCC’s efforts to expand opportunities for Hispanic professionals. We collaborate with trade unions, developers, and government agencies to open new pathways to leadership roles, business opportunities, and high-quality jobs within the construction industry.

The Hispanic Construction Council facilitates these connections, ensuring that Hispanic professionals can navigate and thrive within these systems. By partnering with developers and industry leaders, we promote policies and practices that foster diversity and inclusivity within the construction sector.
