A diverse, highly qualified team and governance body ensure strategic and financial oversight.



  • President

    The chief elected officer, responsible for overseeing all committees and ensuring alignment with HCC’s strategic goals. The President also plays a crucial role in training the Vice-President and leading fundraising efforts.

  • Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

    As the highest-ranking executive, the CEO sets the strategic direction, oversees daily operations, and manages the overall performance of the organization. The CEO is responsible for aligning HCC’s operations with its long-term goals and ensuring HCC’s success.

  • Vice-President

    Acts as the secondary leader of the organization, overseeing internal directors, and fundraising. The Vice-President also serves as the interim President if the position becomes vacant.

  • Treasurer

    Responsible for managing finances, ensuring transparent financial reporting, and adhering to financial policies. The Treasurer oversees collections, disbursements, and serves as a financial steward for the organization.

  • Secretary

    Maintains the organization’s records and minutes, governs board meetings using Robert’s Rules of Order, and ensures the timely communication of meeting agendas and minutes to all relevant stakeholders.

  • Media Director

    Is responsible for providing guidance and initiate media opportunities and build relationships with key industry media staff. They will also assist with branding and social media trends.

  • Events Director

    Will give specific attention relating to promotion of events, logistics, brand presence and identify sponsorship opportunities. 

  • Fundraising Director

    Leads the strategic development and execution of comprehensive fundraising initiatives to support our organization's mission.

  • Government Affairs Director

    Supervises the committee’s government relationship with federal and state government official to ensure alignment with HCC’s mission and vision.
